Stone, Concrete and Brick Coatings
Transparent coatings to enhance and improve long term appearance
Nano coatings are often used for anti-graffiti and for stay clean purposes. Their ability to be cleaned with all manner of detergents, solvents and wipes makes them ideal for this type of application.
Used on stonework after cleaning to keep the surface clean for longer, the coating soaks into the stone, concrete or brick. One option available is our Heritage coating. Ideal for older, listed or historically important buildings and structures, the Heritage coating allows coated surfaces to wet out when it rains. In other words, it doesn’t look as though the building has been coated.
The Premium version soaks 10mm to 15mm into stone and brick, thus giving very high water, algae and dirt repellence. For areas where the steel reinforcing bars may be close to the surface of concrete, the Premium coating helps give the steel rebar some corrosion resistance.
All our stone coatings are transparent and help prevent mould, moss and algae build up. They work by prevent water ingress into the brick or stone and hence the coating deprives the algae of nourishment.
All are applied by simple trigger spray and are air cured.
